【Job Description】 Medley is seeking a site leader for our newest delivery location in the Philippines. If you like to build and help others find the right opportunities, this may be the right team for you. ## Your Role As the Site Leader and Medley’s point person in Japan, you will build and be responsible for overall site performance, strategy, employee satisfaction, new business introduction, create conditions of success and create a workplace which is a retainer of talent. Equally as important, you will champion Medley within the Philippines through our relationships with the government and peer communities. Leading an important part of the delivery operations within Medley, you will be a key participant on a global level to help shape and then deliver on the company’s longer-term vision. Given the US is in start-up mode, the ideal candidate will have a hands-on approach with an eye to drive operational efficiency and improve customer satisfaction. More specifically, your responsibilities include the following: 　・Foster an environment which uses metrics to manage the business and deliver results for our job seekers and employers. 　・Create processes which provide insight into the voice of the customer and employee. 　・Lead by example and action an inclusive work environment. 　・Lead the operating and business review cadence, as well as review and approve remediation plans. 　・Set and manage the site’s overall operating budget. 　・Hire site leadership which can scale with the business. 　・Promote a culture of continuous improvement to deliver operational efficiencies. 　・Build a differentiated work environment that attracts talent, who advocates for job seekers and employers. 　・Be the voice and face of Medley across governmental and cross industry forums. 　・Build processes and capabilities which can scale across multiple countries and/or regions. 　・Work on a global scale to build and deploy new programs and offerings. 　・Advocate for your teammates through feedback and celebrating their achievements. 　・Collaborate with the landlord to ensure your teammates have the necessary environment to be successful. 　・Drive a mind-set of continuous process improvement within the operations through development of listening systems and metric management. 【Qualifications】 ・5+ years in operations with 3+ years of managing a customer care operation and 2+ years in a site lead role. ・Native fluency in English language. ・College Degree in Business, Accounting, or Engineering ・Ability to travel internationally 20% of the time. 【Preferred Qualifications】 ・MBA or Graduate Degree. ・Familiarity with PEZA and Government incentives. ・One or more years working in Japan with business proficiency of Japanese language ・Experience working in a healthcare and/or recruiting industry. 【Salary】 Total Comp: $ 150K – 400K with 30% Variable 【Working hours】 PHT 0am~9am (Including an hour rest) * No operations on US Saturdays and Sundays. * Planning positions are the same as above, but negotiable.
