【Job Description】 This position is a project manager responsible for managing tenant fit-out projects across all MC Digital Realty data centers. Based on contracts with major global IT companies and enterprise customers, this role builds the facilities within the data center and leads the project to a successful service commencement, comprehensively managing quality, safety, schedule, and cost throughout. The role leads the project by coordinating with internal stakeholders — including Sales, Asset Management, Design & Construction, and DC Operations — while also managing external stakeholders such as contractors. This position is also responsible for customer-facing communication, including discussions on project details and regular progress reporting. 本ポジションは、MC Digital Realtyの全てのDCでのテナントフィットアウトのプロジェクト管理を担当するプロジェクトマネージャーです。 グローバル大手IT企業等の顧客との契約に基づき、データセンター内の設備を構築し、品質・安全・スケジュール・コストを総合的に管理しながら顧客へのサービス提供開始を成功に導きます。営業、Asset Management、Design & Construction、DC Operation部門の社内のステークホルダーと連携するとともに、施工会社等の社外ステークホルダーの管理を行いプロジェクトを主導します。プロジェクトの詳細についての協議や進捗報告などの顧客対応も担当します。 Responsibilities: ・Requirements & Design Management Organize customer requirements, coordinate with the Design & Construction department, issue instructions to contractors, and conduct design reviews. Evaluate impacts on quality, safety, schedule, and cost, and drive the project forward. ・ Contract Management Understand contract terms and manage budget, purchase orders, contract changes, and contractor coordination. ・Construction Management Comprehensively manage quality, safety, schedule, and cost for the construction described below, and manage/coordinate multiple contractors. 　◦Electrical equipment to be installed within data halls (panelboards, power cables, busway/tap-off units, etc.), telecommunications equipment (cable containment, communication cables), security systems, and other equipment (racks, aisle containment). 　◦Customer-facing offices/warehouses (architectural, electrical, HVAC, telecommunications, and security equipment). ・Stakeholder Management Serve as the customer point of contact throughout the project, provide regular reporting, coordinate and respond to on-site inspections, and lead the project by communicating with internal and external stakeholders including customers, Sales, Asset Management, Design & Construction, DC Operations, and contractors. Upon project completion, hand over to the internal DC Operations department. Take full responsibility for the project delivery through to service commencement. ・要件・設計管理 顧客要求事項を整理し、デザイン・建設部門と連携しながら、施工会社への指示および設計レビューを実施する。品質・安全・スケジュール・コストへの影響を評価し、プロジェクトを推進する。 ・契約管理 契約内容を理解し、予算管理・発注管理・契約変更・施工業者調整を実施する。 ・工事管理 以下の工事について、品質・安全・スケジュール・コストを総合的に管理し、複数施工会社の管理・調整を実施する。 　◦データホール内に設置する電気設備（分電盤、電源ケーブル、バスウェイ/タップオフユニットなど）、通信設備（ケーブルコンテインメント、通信ケーブル）、セキュリティシステム、その他設備（ラック、アイルコンテインメント） 　◦顧客向けオフィス/倉庫（建築、電気設備、空調設備、通信設備、セキュリティ設備） ・ステークホルダー管理 プロジェクト期間中の顧客対応窓口、定期的なレポーティング、現場確認調整・対応をはじめ、顧客、営業、Asset Management、Design & Construction、DC Operation部門、施工会社の社内外のステークホルダーとコミュニケーションを図り、プロジェクトを主導する。 また、プロジェクト完了時に社内DC Operation部門への引継ぎを実施し、運用開始まで責任をもってプロジェクトを完了させる。 【Qualifications】 ■Knowledge / Experience ・Experience working in data centers or mission-critical facilities, as well as experience in construction or facility installation project management (5+ years preferred) ・DCまたはミッションクリティカル施設での業務経験、さらに建設または設備設置プロジェクト管理に関する経験（5年以上が望ましい） ■Skills ・Communication skills and leadership to coordinate multiple stakeholders and drive issue resolution ・Ability to understand contract terms, design documents, construction drawings, schedules, etc. and to execute work autonomously ・複数のステークホルダーを調整し、課題解決を推進できるコミュニケーション能力とリーダーシップ ・契約内容、設計図書、施工図、スケジュール等を理解し、自律的に業務を遂行できる能力 ■Language Japanese: Native level/ネイティブレベル English: Business level (able to communicate smoothly with native speakers and participate in discussions during meetings) ビジネスレベル （ネイティブスピーカーと円滑にコミュニケーションを取り、会議での議論にも対応できるレベル） ■ Education Technical college, or professional school graduate or higher (Bachelor's degree or higher welcome) 高等専門学校・専門学校卒以上（大学卒業以上歓迎） 【Preferred Qualifications】 ■Language Chinese: Business level is a plus/ビジネスレベルがあると尚良 【Portrait of a person】 Ownership: Someone who can identify issues independently and pursue project success and improved customer satisfaction by engaging stakeholders Commitment to quality: Someone who stays consistently mindful of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction, and pursues high-quality output Teamwork: Someone who can build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders and maintain open communication Growth mindset: Someone motivated to keep learning and building skills and experience alongside the company's growth オーナーシップ：自ら課題を発見し、関係者を巻き込みながらプロジェクトの成功と顧客満足度向上を追求できる方 品質へのこだわり：品質・安全・顧客満足を常に意識し、高いアウトプットを追求できる方 チームワーク：社内外のステークホルダーと信頼関係を構築し、オープンなコミュニケーションを取れる方 持続的な成長志向：会社とともに自らの成長のために学び、スキルと経験を積み重ねていく意欲のある方 【Salary】 Flexible up to Candidates and Market tre
