You will work closely with Nicole (Community Team Lead) to execute strategies across community building, event operations, and digital promotion. このインターンは、学生のエンゲージメント向上・応募数の増加を通じて、JPortの成長に直接関われる実践型ポジションです。 コミュニティチームリードの Nicole と密に連携しながら、コミュニティ運営／イベント企画・運営／デジタルプロモーションを幅広く担当します。 ▼ Key Responsibilities　主な業務内容 This role is designed to give you broad, hands-on experience by supporting Nicole across all ongoing community initiatives. Responsibilities may change weekly based on team priorities in a fast-moving startup environment. 本ポジションでは、Nicoleのもとで進行中のコミュニティ施策を幅広くサポートします。スタートアップ環境のため、チームの優先度に応じて業務内容は週ごとに変化します。 Student Acquisition & Promotion Support　学生集客・プロモーション支援 Content Production　コンテンツ制作 ・Support the creation of promotional content, including: Assisting with company promotion videos (scripts, editing support, captions)　プロモーション用コンテンツの企画・制作サポート・企業紹介動画（台本作成、編集補助、キャプション作成など） ・Preparing content to promote companies and job opportunities on JPort Match　JPort Match掲載企業・求人の紹介コンテンツ作成 Digital Outreach　デジタル施策 ・Draft and schedule SNS promotions to reach students outside the existing JPort user base　JPort未登録ユーザー向けのSNSプロモーション投稿作成・配信 ・Prepare and segment emails for internal email promotions to current JPort users　既存ユーザー向けメール配信（セグメント・原稿作成） Performance Analysis　効果分析 ・Assist in analyzing promotion performance and testing new approaches to increase application numbers　プロモーション結果の分析、応募数向上に向けた新しい施策の検討・検証サポート Community & Event Management Support　コミュニティ・イベント運営支援 Support communication with community members (volunteers, ambassadors, senpais)　コミュニティメンバー（ボランティア／アンバサダー／先輩）との連絡・調整 　・Assist with coordination involving 学生団体 (student organizations), influencers, and external partners　学生団体・インフルエンサー・外部パートナーとの連携サポート 　・Take ownership of specific event tasks (slides, scripts, promotional materials, university outreach)　イベント関連業務の一部を担当（資料作成、台本作成、告知物準備、大学・外部連絡など） User Insight & Research Support　ユーザーリサーチ支援 ・Lead scheduling and coordination of user interviews(approx. 5–10 users per month, based on a defined persona) 　ユーザーインタビューの調整・スケジューリング（月5〜10名程度／指定ペルソナあり） 応募資格（必須） ・Currently an international student at a Japanese university　日本の大学に在学中の留学生 ・Expected to graduate by March 2026　2026年3月卒業予定 ・Best if able to commute to the Nishi-Shinjuku office, but online is also okay　西新宿オフィスへの出社が可能 ・Available 3–4 days/week, approx. 6 hours/day　3〜4日・1日約6時間勤務可能 ・Business-level English & Conversational Japanese (JLPT N3 or above)　英語：ビジネスレベル／日本語：日常会話レベル（目安 N3以上） ・Basic understanding of Japan’s job-hunting process and industries　日本の就職活動・業界構造への基本的理解 求める人物像 ◎JPort by SPeakのビジョン、バリューに共感できる方 　Vision 　「Global People make Global Companies & Society」 　 グローバルなヒトがグローバルな会社・社会をつくる 　Value 　「Move Fast 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️自ら、速く動く」 　「Focus on Goal 🏁 ゴールに集中する」 　「User-First-Oriented (U.F.O.🛸) 🎓🏢ユーザーファースト（UFO）」 　「No bulls*it, be a Real Team to WIN,🔥勝つチームに。遠慮は不要」 https://www.notion.so/jportbyspeak/JPort-by-SPeak-519f793075b447ecb58d42938c04023c?pvs=4#cef1a08a7dc04bb7bc2f94b6648a1d7c 賃金 時給1250円 / Hourly Wage: 1250yen 勤務時間 10:00-17:00 （休憩時間45分含む Includes 45 min break) 諸手当 通勤交通費（上限あり） Commute Expense Covered (Limited)
