In addition, the company offers two SaaS products: "Anews," which encourages the conception of business ideas and their development within the organization, and "Astrategy," a market research service that provides suggestions by structuring necessary information according to the organization and its operations. Currently, its main target is major manufacturing R&D in Japan, and more than 30% of the Nikkei 225 companies have already adopted the system. In the future, starting with manufacturing R&D, the company plans to expand to domestic enterprise companies, then to Japanese companies as a whole, and even to global companies. The company completed a Series C financing of 1.1 billion in August 2022. The company has grown to 100 employees and is looking for more personnel to achieve further growth! -------------【 Job Description】------------- 【Current Challenges】 ・The company has recently completed a Series D funding round of 4.5 billion yen and is currently pursuing a "multi-agent" strategy as a key pillar of its product growth. ・There is an urgent need to strengthen the development structure to simultaneously manage two critical priorities: ensuring the stable operation and improvement of existing product features, and exploring value for new AI agents. ・Given this background, the company must move beyond incremental improvements to the existing development setup. It is now essential to strategically and flexibly update systems and processes, creating a strong demand for management leadership to drive this evolution. 【Your Role】 In a B2B SaaS product development organization, you will hold primary responsibility for people management and technology management. From a product management perspective, you will collaborate with PdMs and PMMs to align engineering activities with business strategy. Specifically, you are expected to determine priorities and take action as a manager regarding goal setting, performance evaluations, coaching, assignments, team composition, and resource adjustments based on the status of the business and the organization. Furthermore, as a short-term focus, the company expects you to take an active interest and involvement in reskilling engineers for Generative AI integration and participating in the design of AI agent products. ■Responsibilities You will be responsible for management aimed at maximizing the output of the development team. This includes team operations, performance management, the development and evaluation of lead talent, supporting technical decision-making, and consensus building across the following development domains: [Front-end Domain] ・Planning and design of new features, and front-end development and performance improvement using Vue.js. ・Mobile application development using Flutter. ・Enhancing the developer experience through improvements to the development foundation and refactoring. ・Design and implementation of product-wide common components. [Back-end Domain] ・API design and development using Ruby on Rails and Python. ・Database design and development. ・Architectural design and development using AWS environments. ・Batch processing design and development using Python. ・Design, development, and improvement of features utilizing natural language processing (NLP) technology. *Scope of changes in duties: Development-related tasks. 【Team Composition】 Product Engineering Unit (26 members) ・Breakdown: 1 VPoE, 2 EMs (doubling as Lead Engineers), 3 Lead Engineers, 18 Engineers. *As further expansion is anticipated, the company expects you to take charge of the design and strengthening of the team structure in your capacity as a manager. 【Development Environment】 ▼ Assigned Product ・Languages & Frameworks: Vue.js, TypeScript, Flutter, Ruby on Rails, Python, Terraform ・Database: RDB (Amazon Aurora MySQL), Elasticsearch (AWS OpenSearch) ・Infrastructure: Docker, AWS (ECS, Cognito, SQS, SES, Step Functions, IAM, CodeBuild, CodePipeline, CodeDeploy, etc.), Datadog, SendGrid, etc. ▼ Other Products (Reference) ・L
