職務内容 本ポジションでは、主にリテール・コロケーションデータセンター事業における顧客要件に基づく詳細設計コーディネーション業務、新規コロケーションの設計業務及び運用時の電源容量管理支援、テスト＆コミッショニングの立会業務、深いエンジニアリングの知見と経験を活かした技術ソリューション提案支援業務を担当していただきます 当社のソリューションエンジニアリングチームの一員であり、データセンタープロフェッショナルエンジニアとして、幅広く技術的な業務に関与しますまた、現地の運用チームおよび設計・建設チームと緊密に連携し、業務遂行をします In this position, you will be primarily responsible for coordinating detailed design based on customer requirements for our retail and colocation data center business, leading design work for new colocation projects, supporting power capacity management during operations, witnessing testing and commissioning activities, and contributing to technical solution proposals by leveraging your deep engineering expertise and experience. As a member of our Solution Engineering team, you will be involved in a wide range of technical activities as a data center professional engineer. You will also work closely with on-site operations teams as well as design and construction teams to ensure smooth execution of projects. ■ 業務内容（ Job Responsibilities） ・当社のソリューションエンジニアが担当する営業活動において、深い技術力を活かしたソリューション提案でバックエンドサポート ・当社のソリューションエンジニアからテナントと合意した技術要件を引き継ぎ、設計会社や各工事ベンダー及び当社のプロジェクトマネジメントチームと連携して詳細設計（エンジニアリングパッケージの作成）及びプロジェクトマネジメントチームへの引き渡し ・オペレーション及びエンジニア目線を持って、新設データセンターやデータホール等のテスト＆コミッショニング（総合動作試験）への立会 ・新規のコロケーションデータホールスペースの電源機器のコミッショニング主導（試験要件定義及びベンダーとの調整業務、必要に応じて立会） ・新規のコロケーションの設計業務を主導し、エンジニアリングパッケージ作成（レイアウト作成、電源設計、ケーブルトレイ設計、コンテイメント設計、セキュリティケージ設計、セキュリティ設計、接地設計、通信配管設計等） ・コロケーション運用における電源容量管理業務支援 ・当社のデータセンター運用チームからの要望に基づき、設備故障等の緊急トラブルシューティングや対策立案又は対策案の評価　 ・既存テナントからの要望に基づく、技術ソリューションの検討及び提案業務 ・担当施設のインフラ構成、特性、リスクに関する専門家としての役割を果たす ・業界内での人脈やネットワークを通じて差別化要素を創出 ・技術フォーラムや業界イベントでの発表・論文発表を通じてプロフェッショナルコミュニティと交流 ・ Provide backend support for sales activities led by our Solution Engineers by delivering technically driven solution proposals leveraging deep engineering expertise. ・Take over technical requirements agreed upon with tenants from Solution Engineers, and coordinate with design firms, contractors, and internal project management teams to develop detailed designs (engineering packages) and hand them over to the project management team. ・Witness testing and commissioning (integrated system testing) for new data centers and data halls from both operational and engineering perspectives. ・Lead commissioning of power equipment for new colocation data hall spaces, including defining test requirements, coordinating with vendors, and attending tests as needed. ・Lead design activities for new colocation projects and develop engineering packages (including layout design, electrical design, cable tray design, containment design, security cage design, security systems design, grounding design, and telecom conduit design, etc.). ・Support power capacity management activities in colocation operations. ・Based on requests from the data center operations team, conduct emergency troubleshooting and develop or evaluate countermeasures for equipment failures. ・Assess and propose technical solutions in response to requests from existing tenants. ・Act as a subject matter expert on infrastructure configuration, characteristics, and risks for assigned facilities. ・Create differentiation through industry relationships and professional networks. ・Engage with the professional community through presentations and publications at technical forums and industry events. 応募資格（必須） ■ 知識/経験（Knowledge / Experience） ・データセンター等のクリティカルインフラ設備（電力、冷却等）または関連テクノロジー業界において、3-5年程度の設計、工事または運用経験 ・プロジェクトマネジメントの実務経験 ・ITインフラの基本的理解と技術的な感度 ・日本における建設基準やプロジェクトマネジメントへの理解 ・Approximately 3–5 years of experience in design, construction, or operations within critical infrastructure facilities such as data centers (e.g., power, cooling), or related technology industries ・Hands-on experience in project management ・Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and strong technical aptitude ・Knowledge of construction standards and project management practices in Japan ■ スキル（Skills） ・データセンター等のクリティカルインフラ設備（電力、冷却等）の専門的な会話を社内外ともに主導できる ・MS Word、Excel、Visio、AutoCAD、Adobe Acrobatなどの業務アプリケーションスキル ・Ability to lead technical discussions on critical infrastructure systems (e.g., power, cooling) for data centers, both internally and externally ・Proficiency in business applications such as MS Word, Excel, Visio, AutoCAD, and Adobe Acrobat ■ 言語（Language） 日本語/Japanese：流暢/Fluent 英語/English：英語コミュニケーションにおいて抵抗感がない方。業務上英語を使用する機会があるため、英語力の向上に意欲的に取り組める方。 Comfortable communicating in English, with no resistance to using the language.
