As aging demographics accelerate and labor shortages grow, we deploy robots where help is needed most: in care facilities and homes. ——— 「世界中の家庭や施設に生活支援ヒューマノイドを普及させる」 Enactic は、支援が必要な人の自立性と生活の質（QOL）を高めるヒューマノイドロボットを開発・提供することを使命とするディープテック企業です。 高齢化による深刻な労働力不足という世界的課題に直面する中で、私たちはその解決に貢献することを目指しています。 【Responsibilities】 As a Mechanical Engineer at Enactic, you will be responsible for the hardware development of humanoid robots and their related peripheral devices. In this role, you will work closely with experts in electronics, embedded software, and AI to build reliable and robust hardware that forms the foundation of the entire system. Your scope of responsibility may include robot arms, end effectors, mobility mechanisms, robot control devices, peripheral equipment, experimental rigs, and exterior structures, depending on project needs and development phases. Within your assigned domain, you are expected to continuously track the rapidly evolving landscape of humanoid robotics and to identify, validate, and implement the functionalities that are truly essential for our systems, rather than simply following emerging trends. As development progresses from early prototyping to mass production, you will be required to understand the current stage of development and adapt your approach accordingly. A flexible and constructive mindset toward discussion and problem-solving is essential as challenges evolve and requirements change. ——— EnacticのMechanical Engineerとして、ヒューマノイドとそれに関わる周辺デバイスのハードウェア開発を担当していただきます。 この役割では、エレキ、組み込みソフトウェア、AIといった様々な領域との連携の上で、すべての土台となる信頼性の高いハードウェアを構築します。 担当範囲はロボットアームやエンドエフェクタ、移動機構、ロボットコントロールデバイス、周辺機器、実験用装置、外装等、様々な箇所から状況に応じて決定されます。 担当いただく領域では、目まぐるしく更新されていくヒューマノイドロボット開発の情勢をキャッチアップしつつ、我々にとって本当に必要な機能を見極め検証・実装していく姿勢が求められます。 また、未知の問題に対して仮説を立て検証を進めるプロトタイプフェーズから、大量生産フェーズに遷移していく中で開発の現在位置を理解し、柔軟に思考を変えて議論する建設的な姿勢が求められます。 【Requirements】 ・Practical experience as a mechanical design engineer ・Experience designing, manufacturing, and operating systems in which multiple degrees of freedom interact with each other ・Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, including CNC machining, lathe machining, sheet metal fabrication, welding, injection molding, and 3D printing ・Experience conducting structural analysis using CAE tools ・Working knowledge of electrical and electronic circuits, software systems, and AI-related technologies ——— ・機械設計エンジニアとしての業務経験 ・複数の自由度が相互に影響を及ぼしあうシステムの設計、生産、運用経験 ・CNC切削、旋盤、板金、溶接、射出成型、3Dプリンタ等の加工手段に対する深い理解 ・CAEを用いた構造解析の経験 ・電気・電子回路やソフトウェア、AIに関する学習意欲と知識 【Bonus Qualifications】 ・Experience in mass production of robots or industrial equipment ・Hands-on development experience with components directly related to humanoid systems, such as AGVs, robot arms, or end effectors ・Experience conducting risk assessments to ensure the safe operation of developed products ・Experience developing robots utilizing key components of modern humanoid robots, such as QDD motors ・Experience contributing to open-source software or hardware projects as a core or primary member ——— ・ロボットもしくは生産装置等の量産経験 ・AGVやロボットアーム、エンドエフェクタ等ヒューマノイドと直接関連のある要素の開発経験 ・開発した製品を安全に運用するためのリスクアセスメントの経験 ・QDDモーターに代表されるような、現代のヒューマノイドロボットのキーコンポーネントを活用したロボットの開発経験 ・OSSプロジェクトへの主要メンバーとしての参画経験
