As aging demographics accelerate and labor shortages grow, we deploy robots where help is needed most: in care facilities and homes. ——— 「世界中の家庭や施設に生活支援ヒューマノイドを普及させる」 Enactic は、支援が必要な人の自立性と生活の質（QOL）を高めるヒューマノイドロボットを開発・提供することを使命とするディープテック企業です。 高齢化による深刻な労働力不足という世界的課題に直面する中で、私たちはその解決に貢献することを目指しています。 【Responsibilities】 As our Technical Program Manager, you will lead cross-functional projects connecting hardware, software, AI, manufacturing, and business, to drive execution. ・Project management: Set milestones, manage critical paths, ship robots to the field ・Technical coordination: Partner with engineering leads, review decisions, prioritize challenges ・Risk & quality management: Lead risk assessments, root cause analysis, preventive actions ・Stakeholder alignment: Serve as communication hub between departments, customers, and partners ・Customer discovery: Spend time in care facilities conducting interviews and observations, feed insights to teams ——— Enacticのテクニカルプログラムマネージャーとして、ハードウェア、ソフトウェア、AI、製造、ビジネスを跨ぐクロスファンクショナルなプロジェクトを牽引し、確実な実行を推進していただきます。 ・プロジェクトマネジメント：マイルストーンの設定、クリティカルパスの管理、現場へのロボットデプロイ（出荷・導入）の推進 ・技術調整（テクニカルコーディネーション）：エンジニアリングリードとの連携、意思決定のレビュー、優先課題の整理・対応 ・リスク＆品質管理：リスクアセスメントのリード、根本原因分析、予防策の実行 ・ステークホルダーの合意形成（アラインメント）：部門間、顧客、パートナー間におけるコミュニケーションハブとしての役割 ・顧客課題の特定（カスタマーディスカバリー）：介護施設でのインタビューや現場観察を通じてインサイトを獲得し、開発チームへフィードバック 【Requirements】 ・Experience leading complex product development through product launch in robotics, automotive, consumer electronics, or similar industries ・Deep understanding of product development lifecycles and manufacturing processes ・Leadership and facilitation skills to align stakeholders and drive decisions ・Strong English proficiency to lead technical discussions, reviews, and global collaboration ・Strong engineering background in one or more robotics/AI stacks ——— ・ロボティクス、自動車、家電、またはそれらに類似する業界において、複雑なプロダクト開発からリリース（製品化）までをリードした実務経験 ・プロダクト開発ライフサイクルおよび製造プロセスに関する深い理解 ・ステークホルダーの意向を調整し、迅速な意思決定を推進するリーダーシップとファシリテーション能力 ・技術的な議論、レビュー、グローバルなコラボレーションをリードできる高い英語力 ・ロボティクスまたはAIのいずれかの技術スタックにおける強力なエンジニアリングバックグラウンド 【Bonus Qualifications】 ・Deep understanding of robotics fundamentals and technical architecture ・Deep knowledge of safety standards and manufacturing quality frameworks ・Ability to make tradeoffs between technical and business requirements ・Business-level Japanese proficiency (or strong commitment to achieving fluency and understanding of Japanese culture and demographics) ——— ・ロボティクスの基礎および技術アーキテクチャに関する深い理解 ・安全規格（セーフティスタンダード）および製造品質フレームワークに関する深い知識 ・技術要件とビジネス要件の間で適切なトレードオフ判断ができる能力 ・ビジネスレベルの日本語力（または日本語の習得および日本の文化・人口動態の理解に対する強い意欲）
