🚀 Chief Technology Officer (CTO) Location: Tokyo (Hybrid ) About the Company They are a fast-growing SaaS company building a product that solves real business problems at scale. Misson Build a category-defining platform that customers rely on every day. They are now entering a key growth phase and we’re looking for a CTO who wants to build, scale, and lead from the front. 💡 Why This Role is Exciting You will own the entire technology strategy at C-levelDirectly influence product direction, architecture, and company growthBuild and scale engineering from early stage → high-growthWork closely with founders, product, and business teamsOpportunity for significant equity upside 🧠 What You Will Do Define and execute technology vision & roadmap aligned with business strategyLead end-to-end product development (design → build → scale)Build and lead high-performing engineering teamsDesign scalable, reliable, cloud-based SaaS architectureDrive innovation (AI, cloud, automation, etc.) to keep competitive edgeCollaborate with product, sales, and leadership to deliver customer valueEnsure security, system reliability, and performance at scale 🧩 What We’re Looking For Strong background in software engineering / architectureExperience building or scaling SaaS productsTrack record of leading engineering teamsAbility to connect technology decisions with business impactHands-on mindset — comfortable going deep when neededStrong communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders ✅ Nice to have: Startup or 0→1 product experienceAI / Data / Cloud-native experienceYou’ve built products from scratch OR scaled them significantlyYou can lead engineers AND influence business decisions 🧑 🤝 🧑 Culture Fast-moving, product-driven environmentHigh ownership, low bureaucracyStrong collaboration across tech + business 📩 Apply / Contact If you're interested or open to a conversation, feel free to reach out directly.
