【Job Description】 # Brief Outline We are looking for an intern to join the Brand Management Group and its Digital Marketing Team at TOHO Global for an 8-week internship program. The Brand Management Group leads the global expansion of Anime and Godzilla, acting as a bridge between creators and stakeholders in Japan and partners and licensees overseas. Within the group, Brand Managers oversee the overall marketing strategies, and the Digital Marketing Team collaborates closely with them in the digital domain. During this internship, you will not only be involved in digital marketing—such as planning and delivering social media content that resonates with local audiences—but also play an active role in understanding and analyzing overseas market demands. ## Key Responsible Support TOHO Global Group's marketing efforts by: - Analyzing market demand - Researching social media trends specific to the entertainment industry, including anime - Researching competitors' marketing tactics - Planning social media strategies, including specific ideas for digital marketing posts Other Responsibilities: - Support overseas expansion strategy planning and conduct various research - Support other projects as needed 【Notes】 - Please submit your application by November 13 (JST). - Students are generally expected to handle their own visa applications. However, the company can provide assistance with preparing the required documents if necessary. 【Qualifications】 - Bachelor's degree (including currently in a bachelor's program) - Students who plan to graduate from college between March to December 2028 . - Business-level proficiency in English - Prior experience in studying Japanese - Basic PC skills (Microsoft Office(Excel , Power Point, Word), Gmail, Slack, etc.) 【Preferred Qualifications】 - Major in marketing, cultural studies, Humanities, or a related field - Interest in Japanese movies, anime, manga, games, and other cultures - Strong interest in social trends both within your own culture and in different cultures 【Portrait of a person】 - Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with multiple departments - A self-directed and self-starter attitude with the ability to proactively promote your own work 【Salary】 Salary: 1,280 yen / hour Reimbursement of all travel and accommodation expenses to Japan (accommodation will be arranged by the company)
