You will assess and red team the AI systems clients depend on, help design the organizational AI-usage assessment process, and build the methods that make the work repeatable and consistent. AI領域に特化したセキュリティエンジニアとして、「Securing AI」の実践を主導していただきます。クライアントが依存するAIシステムの評価とレッドチーム演習を実施し、組織的なAI利用評価プロセスの設計を支援するとともに、業務を再現可能かつ一貫性のあるものにするための手法を構築します。 --- # Business Content / 業務内容 ・Assess and red team AI systems: LLMs, generative-AI applications, and agents ・Test AI-specific attacks such as prompt injection, jailbreaks, data exfiltration, and privilege escalation ・Design and run organizational AI-usage assessments ・Develop the assessment methods and methodology for AI-system security ・Join conventional security assessments ・Write reports and present fixes to clients ・AIシステム（LLM、生成AIアプリケーション、エージェントなど）の評価とレッドチーム演習 ・プロンプトインジェクション、ジェイルブレイク、データ持ち出し、特権昇格などのAI特有の攻撃のテスト ・組織的なAI利用評価の設計と実行 ・AIシステムセキュリティのための評価手法と方法論の開発 ・従来のセキュリティ評価への参加 ・レポートの作成とクライアントへの修正案の提示 --- # Tech Stack / 技術スタック ・AI/ML: LLM APIs, open models, agent frameworks ・AI security tooling: adversarial and red-teaming frameworks, including open-source LLM red-team tools ・Conventional assessment tools where they apply, such as Burp Suite ・Environments: cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure) and on-prem ・AI/ML：LLM API、オープンモデル、エージェントフレームワーク ・AIセキュリティツール：オープンソースのLLMレッドチームツールを含む、敵対的およびレッドチームフレームワーク ・適用可能な従来の評価ツール（Burp Suiteなど） ・環境：クラウド（AWS、GCP、Azure）およびオンプレミス --- # Team Structure / チーム体制 As a newly launched subsidiary with a small founding team, you will initially report to the Representative Director. You sit alongside the other early engineers and the business development members, with direct access to the wider ExaWizards group. The structure is flat and you own your engagements end to end.
