[Job Description] Customer discovery & sales/project team support: Engage with potential and existing customers to understand their pain points, motivations, and desired outcomes.Requirements definition: Turn customer problems and business needs into clearly defined requirements to drive customer success.Customer project success: Work directly with Project Managers to create customer-specific solutions, including layout proposals, peripheral selection, and business case creation.Solution integration: Turn proposed solutions into reality by creating maps and configurations that optimize customer operations.Lead initiatives: Create internal solutions to automate, simplify, and accelerate the team's work.
