This is a highly visible, finance leadership role responsible for building and leading the FP&A function while serving as a strategic partner to the executive team and functional leaders. The business operates across physical sites which include operations, engineering, R&D, commercial and general business functions, creating a uniquely complex financial environment that requires both strategic thinking and strong operational understanding. The ideal candidate is a strategic driver and decisive business partner who acts as a proactive capital driver – rather than a conservative gatekeeper – to accelerate Oishii’s technology breakthroughs at maximum speed. You will connect financial performance to company strategy, challenge assumptions, and co-create agile financial paths ('how') with engineering and operational leaders to maintain development velocity while scaling the business.
