職務内容 概要 / Overview 事業拡大に伴い、当社ロボット製品の導入・運用を現場で支えるフィールドエンジニアを募集します。 単なる設置作業者としてではなく、顧客現場での課題を発見し、主体的に改善・提案・実行できる視座の高い方を求めています。 小売店舗を中心とした現場での導入支援や保守対応を担い、社会課題の解決に直結するプロダクトを支えながら、世の中の仕組みを変えるテクノロジーを実装していく最前線を担う極めて重要なポジションです。 Due to our business expansion, we are seeking Field Engineers who will support the introduction and operation of our robotic products on-site. Rather than simply performing installation tasks, we are looking for individuals with a high level of ownership—those who can identify challenges at customer sites and proactively propose, implement, and execute improvements. You will play a key role at the forefront of implementing technologies that transform how society operates, by supporting product deployment and maintenance primarily in retail environments, and contributing directly to solving real-world social issues. 業務内容 当社ロボット製品の設置・導入・初期設定 Installation, Setup, and Commissioning of Our Robot Products 顧客現場でのオペレーション確認、稼働テスト、改善提案 Conducting on-site operation reviews, performance testing, and proposing improvements at the client site. ロボットの定期点検、保守対応、トラブルシューティング Regular inspection, maintenance support, and troubleshooting for robots 顧客からの技術的な問い合わせ対応（オンサイト・リモート） Technical support for customer inquiries (on-site and remote) プロダクト開発チームへのフィードバック収集・報告 Collecting and Reporting Feedback to the Product Development Team 導入マニュアル・運用手順書などドキュメント作成・更新 Creation and Update of Documents such as Implementation Manuals and Operation Procedures 営業・カスタマーサクセスチームとの連携による導入支援・PoCサポート Implementation Support and PoC Assistance in Collaboration with Sales and Customer Success Teams 国内外の小売パートナーやベンダーとの技術調整・コミュニケーション Technical Coordination and Communication with Domestic and International Retail Partners and Vendors ※ご経験やご志向に応じてお任せする範囲は調整可能です 　The scope of responsibilities can be adjusted based on your experience and preferences. 応募資格（必須） 電気・機械・ITいずれかの分野での基礎知識または業務経験 Basic knowledge or work experience in one of the following fields: Electrical, Mechanical, or IT　 顧客現場や他部署と連携しながら、主体的に業務を遂行した経験 Experience in independently carrying out tasks while collaborating with clients or other departments 機材やシステムのトラブルシュートに抵抗がない方 Comfortable with troubleshooting equipment and systems 日本語能力試験N2レベル以上の日本語力 Japanese language proficiency equivalent to JLPT N2 or higher 国内出張が可能な方 Willingness to travel domestically 応募資格（歓迎） 小売業界、製造業、DX/ICT分野におけるハードウェアまたはソフトウェアのトラブルシューティング経験 Experience in troubleshooting hardware or software in the retail, manufacturing, or DX/ICT fields ソフトウェアシステムエンジニアリングに関連する経験 Experience related to software system engineering　 （例：ROSまたはLinux等を用いてのシステム開発、ハードウェアまたはシステムテスト、QAなど） ロボット・機械装置・POS/IoT機器などの設置・保守経験 Experience in installation and maintenance of robots, machinery, POS, or IoT devices 日本の運転免許証を所持していること Possession of a valid Japanese driver’s license ネットワーク設定（Wi-Fi、VPN、LAN配線等）の経験 Experience in network configuration (e.g., Wi-Fi, VPN, LAN cabling) 英語でのやりとりに抵抗がない方（読み書き中心） Comfortable communicating in English (mainly reading and writing) 求める人物像 MUSEの理念への共感 Alignment with MUSE’s mission and values ロボティクスなど先端技術への関心・好奇心 Strong interest and curiosity in advanced technologies such as robotics スピード感を持ち、主体的に業務を遂行できる方 Capable of working proactively and swiftly 高い当事者意識を持って取り組める方 High sense of ownership and strong determination in tackling tasks 変化に柔軟に対応できる方 Flexibility and adaptability to change 「共に創る」という意識を持ち、部門横断的に協力できる方 Collaborative mindset and willingness to work cross-functionally with a “co-creation” spirit 雇用形態・ワークスタイル / Employment Type & Work Style ・正社員（※業務委託契約希望の方、相談可能） 　Full-time employee (*Contract-based work is negotiable upon request.) 給与・報酬・評価査定 / Compensation & Performance Evaluation 給与・報酬 / Salary & Compensation 　・等級及びパフォーマンスレベルに応じて決定 　　Determined based on grade level and performance 賞与 / Bonus 　・年1回（6月） 　　Paid once a year (June) 諸手当 / Allowances ・通勤交通費 　Commuting expenses ・時間外勤務手当、深夜勤務手当 　Overtime allowance, late-night work allowance 休日・休暇 / Work Hours & Leave ・フレックスタイム制（コアタイム：月～金 10:00～15:00） 　Flextime system (Core hours: Monday–Friday, 10:00–15:00) ・完全週休２日を基本とする 　Standard two-day weekend (Saturday & Sunday) 　※フレックスタイム制のため個々の判断でフレックスタイム内で始業時間・終業時間を各自の決定に委ねた結果、週休１日（月曜日起算として日曜日までの１週間で休日が１日）となる場合は有り 　*Note: Under the flextime system, employees have the flexibility to determine their own start and end times within the flextime window.
