Parametric testers are widely used by many semiconductor companies for process control monitoring in semiconductor manufacturing processes and wafer acceptance testing. Our market share in this area is very high, with almost all major foundries using Keysight's parametric testers. In the research and development department, we engage in a wide range of development activities, from hardware and software development for electrical measurements to system integration.
