A high-growth AI company is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead and scale its product engineering organization as it expands globally. The company is building an AI-powered data platform for the manufacturing industry, transforming fragmented knowledge into structured, usable intelligence. With rapid growth across Japan, the US, and Southeast Asia, the next phase involves launching multiple new products globally on top of this platform. This role goes beyond team management — you’ll operate at the intersection of engineering, product, and business, driving both organizational effectiveness and product impact.
