Beyond front-desk and cleaning operations, you'll take on work tied directly to running the business: pricing, OTA (Online Travel Agent) management, event planning, and revenue improvement. In the future, you can also take on launching and managing new properties. Many of our members became managers or team leads in their third year, at age 28. Around 60% of our staff are non-Japanese, and English fills the workplace — you can feel like you're abroad while still in Japan.
