Conduct threat analysis and risk assessment on hardware and firmware, aligning them with functional safety processes. Responsible for lifecycle considerations such as key management, as well as planning and executing fuzzing, static analysis, and penetration testing. Implement the device-side OTA mechanism. (Signature verification, A/B updates, rollback prevention) ——— ロボットのエッジデバイスにおけるセキュリティアーキテクチャの設計及び実装を行います。 ハードウェアやファームウェアを対象に脅威分析とリスク評価を行い機能安全対応プロセスと整合します。 鍵管理などのライフサイクル検討やファジング、静的解析、ペネトレーションテストの計画および実行を担当します。 デバイス側の OTA 機構を実装します。（署名検証、A/B 更新、ロールバック防止） 【Requirements】 ・ 3+ years of hands-on experience in security design and implementation for embedded systems. ・ Experience developing firmware in C, with an understanding of low-level Arm Cortex-A or Cortex-M architectures. ・ Experience implementing security features on RTOS (e.g., Zephyr, FreeRTOS) or embedded Linux (e.g., Yocto). ——— ・ 組み込み機器のセキュリティ設計・実装の実務経験（3年以上） ・ C言語でファームウェアを開発した経験があり、Arm Cortex-A か Cortex-M の低レイヤーを理解している ・ RTOS（Zephyr、FreeRTOS など）か組み込み Linux（Yocto など）でセキュリティ機能を実装した経験 【Bonus Qualifications】 ・ Experience implementing secure boot (e.g., MCUboot, U-Boot verified boot). ・ Development experience using Arm TrustZone, TEE, Secure Elements, or TPM. ・ Practical knowledge of cryptography implementation (digital signatures, symmetric ciphers, key derivation, random number generation, and hardware crypto engines). ・ Experience conducting threat analysis and risk assessments (e.g., TARA, STRIDE, attack trees). ・ Ability to collaborate with hardware and circuit design engineers to define boot flows and debug port specifications. ・ Development experience compliant with either IEC 62443-4-1/4-2 or ISO/SAE 21434. ・ Development experience compliant with functional safety standards (e.g., ISO 13482, IEC 61508, ISO 26262). ・ Experience addressing cybersecurity requirements under the EU CRA or EU Machinery Regulation (2023/1230). ・ Embedded development experience in Rust. ・ Experience in hardware security evaluation (e.g., side-channel analysis, fault injection, board-level probing, and JTAG analysis). ・ Experience operating firmware fuzzing tools (e.g., libFuzzer, AFL++) and static analysis tools. ・ Experience setting up key injection and device provisioning for mass production. ・ Experience integrating embedded OTA frameworks (e.g., SWUpdate, RAUC, Mender). ・ Cybersecurity certifications (e.g., Registered Information Security Specialist [RISS] or equivalent) or competitive achievements in hardware/pwn CTFs. ——— ・ セキュアブート（MCUboot、U-Boot の verified boot など）の実装経験 ・ Arm TrustZone、TEE、Secure Element、TPM のいずれかを使った開発経験 ・ 暗号技術の実装知識がある（署名、共通鍵暗号、鍵導出、乱数、ハードウェア暗号エンジンの利用） ・ 脅威分析とリスク評価（TARA、STRIDE、攻撃ツリーなど）の実施経験 ・ ハードウェアや回路の担当者と協力して、ブートフローやデバッグポートの仕様を決められる ・ IEC 62443-4-1/4-2、ISO/SAE 21434 のいずれかに準拠した開発経験 ・ 機能安全規格（ISO 13482、IEC 61508、ISO 26262）に準拠した開発経験 ・ EU CRA や EU 機械規則 2023/1230 のサイバーセキュリティ要件に対応した経験 ・ Rust での組込み開発経験 ・ ハードウェアセキュリティ評価の経験（サイドチャネル解析、フォールトインジェクション、JTAGや基板の解析） ・ ファームウェアのファジング（libFuzzer、AFL++ など）や静的解析ツールの運用経験 ・ 量産時の鍵注入やデバイスプロビジョニングの構築経験 ・ OTA フレームワーク（SWUpdate、RAUC、Mender など）の組み込み経験 ・ 情報処理安全確保支援士などのセキュリティ資格、または CTF（ハードウェアや pwn 系）の実績
