To meet this need, particularly within the AI Solution Delivery and Development teams, the organization requires an Engineering Manager (EM) who possesses both deep technical expertise and strong organizational management capabilities. As the company simultaneously scales customized projects for enterprise clients and expands the features of its in-house AI products, there is a critical need for a leader who can holistically manage multiple technical domains—including full-stack development and AI solution architecture. The company is seeking a manager capable of integrating these disciplines to maximize team productivity and drive successful delivery. 【Role】 As the Engineering Manager for the team responsible for delivering and developing AI product solutions, you will provide both technical and organizational leadership to a diverse group of Full-Stack Engineers, AI Engineers, and Solution Architects. The role is expected to drive overall team performance by resolving challenges across a broad spectrum of technical domains—ranging from LLM-driven product development to the architectural design of client-facing AI solutions.
