Job Summary: 日本語 Engineering Manager は、日本国内製造拠点におけるエンジニアリング機能（設備導入・改造・更新、技術支援、保全技術）を統括し、安全・品質・生産性・コスト競争力の向上を技術面から支える役割を担う。 製造部門、品質、EHS、SCM と密接に連携し、安定生産と中長期的な設備基盤強化を推進する。 English The Engineering Manager is responsible for leading the engineering function across manufacturing sites in Japan, including equipment installation, modification, renewal, and technical support. The role supports stable and safe production while driving improvements in quality, productivity, and cost efficiency in close collaboration with Production, Quality, EHS, and Supply Chain teams. 1. 主な職務内容 / Key Responsibilities (1) エンジニアリング統括 / Engineering Leadership 日本語 製造設備に関する設計、改造、更新計画の立案および実行 設備仕様、技術標準、エンジニアリング品質の維持・向上 工場現場への技術支援およびトラブル対応 English Plan and execute equipment design, modification, and renewal activities Maintain and improve engineering standards and technical quality Provide technical support and troubleshooting to manufacturing sites (2) 設備投資・改善活動 / Capital Investment & Improvement 日本語 設備投資案件（CAPEX）の技術検討、仕様策定、実行支援 工程改善、生産性向上、設備信頼性向上施策の推進 設備ライフサイクル管理および更新計画の策定 English Support capital investment projects including technical scope definition Drive productivity, reliability, and process improvement initiatives Manage equipment life‑cycle and replacement planning (3) 安全・品質・コンプライアンス / Safety & Compliance 日本語 設備安全、プロセス安全、EHS 要件を考慮した設計・技術レビュー MOC（変更管理）、PSSR（稼働前安全確認）への技術的関与 法規制および社内基準への適合確保 English Ensure equipment and process safety through engineering reviews Support MOC and PSSR activities from an engineering standpoint Ensure compliance with local regulations and internal standards (4) 組織・人材・外部管理 / People & Vendor Management 日本語 エンジニアリングチームの育成および業務マネジメント 外部ベンダー、設備メーカー、工事業者の選定および管理 他部門（Production、QA、EHS 、Process technology等）との横断的連携 English Manage and develop engineering team members Select and manage equipment suppliers, contractors, and vendors Collaborate cross‑functionally with Production, QA, EHS and Process technology
